The Major Secret to Success

In life you see people succeed and you also see people fail. Failure and success are like two sides of the same coin. When we see successful person, most of the time we don't realize the struggle, patience, pain and failure that the person has went through. See this is the problem in today's society. We directly want to get success without expecting failure, pain and struggle. If you are not prepared for failure and struggle then you are definitely not ready to succed.

Let me tell you the secret for success. Actually it is not a secret. It is something that everybody knows since childhood. Do you know what happens when you put a rotten apple in a basket full of fresh good apples?......Yes, you are right they all get rotten. If you surround yourself with negative people, you are bound to drift away from your goals and failure is inevitable. Sometimes this type of failure is eye opener like for many drug addicts, alcoholics who latter have improved themselves and succeded but for many it's too late and even loose their previous life.

Selecting your peers is so important that it might decide for your future. If you are around creative people you are bound to get some creativity in you. If you surround yourself with body builders, you will eventually start working out. See there are a lot of examples and some of them might have already been experienced  by you.

Whom do you think the millionaires and billionaires of the world prefer in their circle. Who do you think the CEOs of successful company have regular meetings with. It's obviously with people with their similar mindset and goals. People with positive attitude who always have the hunger for improvement. Such people keep challenging you to maintain pace with them in the life long journey of self improvement. 

So are you with the people who have positive mindsets and have appetite for growth or are you just wasting your time with pessimistic people?? Give it a thought.
